Construction and technology

Stable supporting structure

Working roll system

The machine is equipped with three precision-made rolls with a diameter of 150 mm. The upper roll is tilting, which facilitates removal of the finished workpiece. Adjustment of the upper and rear rolls is manual using a handwheel, allowing precise pressure setting.

Drive and control

The main motor with a power of 2.2 kW and an additional rear roll drive of 1.5 kW provide stable torque at a speed of 6 rpm. A mobile foot pedal enables left and right rotation control, increasing operator ergonomics.
