The electromechanical roller ESR 1300×4.5 mm with asymmetric rollers is designed for producing cylindrical and conical shells of various diameters. This machine is intended for bending sheet metal up to 4.5 mm thick and 1,300 mm long, with a top roller diameter of 120 mm. The three-roller benders from this series are especially popular due to their simple yet functional construction.
The chain drive transfers rotation from the electric motor to the rollers. The upper roller is foldable, which facilitates the removal of finished products. The foldable roller is equipped with a lock preventing accidental opening during operation.
