The electromechanical roller ESR 1300×4.5 mm with asymmetric rollers is designed for producing cylindrical and conical shells of various diameters. This machine is intended for bending sheet metal up to 4.5 mm thick and 1,300 mm long, with a top roller diameter of 120 mm. The three-roller benders from this series are especially popular due to their simple yet functional construction.

Machine Description:

    • Asymmetric roller arrangement
    • The lower and upper rollers rotate through a system of gears and a chain drive powered by an electric motor
    • The upper roller rotates in both directions and is equipped with a tilting and rotating mechanism
    • Lower and side rollers with height adjustment (manually adjustable)
    • Possibility of conical bending
    • Foot controller with emergency stop button
