It is worth noting that this model features a roller diameter of 75 mm, allowing the bending of both cones and wire. Thanks to proven structural solutions, the CORMAK ESR1020 bender ensures easy adjustment of the lower rollers, while the upper roll remains stable, which additionally facilitates the bending process.
CE certification is provided to support safe operation and maintenance. The innovation of this tool also lies in the ability to adjust the position of the lower rollers using handwheels and in the tilting upper shaft, which makes it easier to remove finished components.
The CORMAK ESR1020 bender stands out for its robust design, with lower and rear rollers equipped with feed connections ensuring stability and precision during operation. The right/left rotation function is conveniently controlled by a foot pedal, providing ease of use.
