CORMAK BA200 is an automatic frame strapping machine designed for securing cartons, parcels and grouped packages with polypropylene PP strap. The automatic strapping cycle speeds up shipment preparation and provides repeatable securing of consecutive products.

Once the cycle is started, the strap is fed through the frame around the packaged product, tensioned to the set force, heat-sealed and cut. The joint is made underneath the packaged item, leaving the upper surface of the carton or parcel neat and easily accessible.

Adjustable strap tension from 0–70 kg allows the strapping force to be matched to the type and strength of the packaging. The BA200 automatic strapping machine is suitable for warehouses, manufacturing plants, wholesalers, logistics centres, e-commerce businesses and dispatch departments.

Automatic strap feeding and heat sealing

After positioning the product in the frame, the operator starts the cycle using the foot control or a button on the control panel. The PP strap is automatically fed around the product and then tensioned to the selected value.

The strap ends are joined underneath the packaged item by heat sealing. Once the joint has been made, the machine cuts the strap and prepares it for the next cycle. The process does not require additional metal or plastic buckles.

Strap tension adjustment

The adjustment range from 0 to 70 kg allows the tensioning force to be matched to the type of product being packaged. Lower tension is suitable for lightweight and more delicate cartons, while higher tension provides more stable securing of heavier parcels and grouped packages.

Correctly selected tension reduces the risk of packaging deformation and improves the repeatability of the strapping process.

Rollers for easier product positioning

Rollers installed in the worktop make it easier to move and position cartons, parcels and other items intended for strapping. They also simplify repositioning the product when several straps need to be applied.
