Efficient and Repeatable Parcel Wrapping

After placing the product on the worktable and securing the beginning of the film to the parcel, box or other item being protected, the operator starts the cycle using the foot control. The rotating table sets the product in motion, enabling stretch film to be wrapped around its surface without the operator having to walk manually around the parcel.

The maximum table load of 80kg allows both standard boxes and heavier industrial products to be wrapped, provided they are positioned securely on the work surface.

Wide Range of Supported Products and Film

The CORMAK O-900 wrapper can secure products with maximum dimensions of 900 × 900 × 900mm. It can be used for packaging standard boxes, larger cartons, multipacks and stable products whose shape allows them to be positioned safely on the rotary table.

The machine supports film widths from 100 to 900mm. Narrower film can be used to wrap smaller products, while wider film covers a larger area of the product during a single rotation.

The wrapper is designed for film rolls with a maximum diameter of 300mm.
