Construction and technology

The EASY NC-410 lathe has been designed for maximum efficiency and durability. The wide bed with a width of 300 mm minimises vibration and improves machining quality. The headstock with a spindle bore diameter of 80mm (depending on version) allows machining of long and thick workpieces. The 7.5kW spindle motor generates torque up to 1085 Nm, enabling effective turning of high-hardness materials. Operation based on servo drives ensures high dimensional repeatability and reduced setup time.

Precision and performance

Thanks to automation of key machining cycles and the ability to turn simultaneously in two axes, the EASY NC-410 guarantees machining accuracy and reduced production time. Operation of functions such as metric, imperial, module and D.P. threading has been simplified to entering the required parameters – the machine performs the rest.
