Design and technology

The EASY NC-500 lathe was designed for maximum performance and durability. The wide 400 mm bed reduces vibration and improves machining quality. The spindle headstock with a through-hole diameter of 80/104 mm (depending on version) allows machining of long and thick workpieces. The 7.5 kW spindle motor generates up to 1,085 Nm torque, enabling efficient turning of hard materials. Servo-driven operation ensures high dimensional repeatability and shorter setup times.

Precision and efficiency

Thanks to automation of key machining cycles and simultaneous two-axis turning, the EASY NC-500 guarantees high accuracy and shorter production time. Functions such as metric, inch, module and D.P. threading have been simplified to parameter input – the machine executes the process automatically.
