Design and technology
MDC800 has been designed for intensive and continuous industrial operation. A robust motor with a power output of 0.75 kW operates at a speed of 2800 rpm, ensuring a constant and stable airflow. The dual suction inlet system 2 × 100 mm allows simultaneous connection of two workstations, significantly increasing productivity.
The large impeller diameter of 325 mm increases the aerodynamic efficiency of the entire system and enables extraction of larger metal chip fractions without the risk of clogging the installation. A large collection container guarantees long operating cycles without frequent emptying.
Precision and operating efficiency
The MDC800 metal chip extractor provides even and stable airflow with both single and dual inlets. Performance of 1800 m³/h (single inlet) and 1520 m³/h (dual inlet) enables effective capture of most contaminants generated during grinding, drilling, milling and other machining operations.
