Design and technology

The MDC1500 400V model is equipped with a robust motor rated at S1 100%: 1.5 kW and S6 40%: 2.1 kW, ensuring stable performance during prolonged operation. The 400 V / 50 Hz power supply provides optimal operating characteristics and resistance to loads typical of industrial environments.

The extractor features a dual suction inlet 2 × 100 mm, allowing simultaneous operation with two contamination sources. The suction system design has been optimised for high aerodynamic efficiency, resulting in airflow of up to 2,200 m³/h without a bag. When operating with a bag or working hose, the capacity is 1,500 m³/h, which remains fully sufficient for intensive machining processes.
