The latest machine version features an innovative table-opening system:

• Older competitive machines have "butterfly" tables. Before starting work, the feed and outfeed tables must be calibrated against each other. Even slight differences cause material damage and undesired results.

• The new connected-table solution allows precise adjustment of both tables simultaneously! Once set, the tables remain permanently calibrated. When adjusting planing height, both tables move together.

• This solution not only saves time and makes machine operation easier but also improves planing accuracy by 30% compared to the old design. This is especially important when working with thinner materials.

Easy conversion from planer to thicknesser.
Switching from the planing function to the thicknessing function is very quick and simple. It involves unlocking the eccentrics, raising the tables, and repositioning the chip extraction cover.

Work precision:

• Smooth height adjustment of tables with a scale.

• The thicknesser table, mounted centrally on a column, has a handwheel for up/down adjustment.

• Aluminum pendulum fence (700 x 150 mm) with a graduated scale allowing precise setting of the fence angle from 90° to 45°.
