The CNC1 plasma or oxy-gas burner is a mobile device designed for shaping elements from sheet metal. The machine does not require anchoring to the ground, which significantly shortens the assembly time. Additionally, it allows the machine to be placed anywhere in the hall without the need to build expensive foundations.

The machine is equipped with an excellent quality chassis, which, combined with the low weight of the portal, makes the plotter one of the fastest machines available on our market. The machine can be used for manual and automated cutting. It is equipped with a digital controller that allows you to cut complex shapes. This model of CNC plasma plotter works very well in the shipbuilding, machinery and energy industries. CNC1 uses a precise guide system in the X and Y axis.

The operation of the burner is controlled by an electronic system manufactured by Sino-USA, which is characterized by high precision and eliminates errors occurring during operation. The machine is very easy to program. Manual programming for simple shapes and automatic programming for more complex figures is possible. The display shows the pattern being cut and the movement of the torch.

For easy programming, the machine comes with original FastCAM software. The software is in Polish, which makes work easier.

FastCAM is a technological CAD/CAM program used to design and define cutting paths for elements cut on CNC cutting machines. The program is installed in the office on a desktop or laptop computer. After determining the cutting method, we receive a ready-made control code that we transfer to the machine's control system. The FastCAM program is the basic equipment of our machines.

VOLTAGE HEIGHT CONTROLLER:

The machine is equipped with THC (voltage regulation of the height of the plasma torch). Precise regulation (+/- 0.1 mm) of the distance of the plasma torch from the sheet metal during cutting. Greater accuracy and no defects associated with capacitive sensors and roller plates. Regulator parameters automatically taken from the Automatic Cutting Parameters Selection Table.
