Exchangeable work table

The exchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms whose movement and exchange are controlled by the controller. The machine performs platform exchange within 15 seconds.

The bed structure features an internal honeycomb design made of numerous welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase the bed’s strength, rigidity and guide rail stability, effectively preventing deformation. BOCI cutting head

The robust and dustproof design ensures a long service life. The laser head guarantees high cutting quality, speed and precision while maintaining an excellent price-to-performance ratio. The distance control system maintains a constant height of the laser head above the material. The head also features an anti-collision system and additional protective glass in the collimator unit protecting the lens. The nozzle and ceramic components can be replaced easily and quickly.
