Construction and technology

The CORMAK PT410QS model has been designed for many years of intensive operation. Its cast-iron planer tables ensure excellent flatness and stability of the processed material, while the centrally mounted thicknesser table guarantees even lifting. The pivoting aluminium fence with a precise scale allows the angle to be set from 90–45° for guiding the material at the correct inclination.

Precision and work efficiency

Thanks to the spiral cutterhead with a diameter of 95 mm and spindle speed of 4300 rpm, the thicknesser provides an even, smooth surface even when working with hard or resinous wood. Feed is smooth, without vibration and without the risk of fibre tear-out. Planing height adjustment up to 220 mm enables the machining of large elements – both solid wood and glued timber.
