The receiver is used in pneumatic control systems for various devices and is designed to dampen compressed air pulsation in the system, ensure the optimum operating mode of the compressor, partially remove moisture and oil from compressed air, and create an air reserve.
The CORMAK pressure vessel with a capacity of 2,000 litres and working pressure of 11bar is designed for operation under a maximum pressure of 11bar. The receiver is made from galvanised sheet metal, which provides an excellent protective barrier against external factors and corrosion, significantly extending the service life of the device compared with standard painted receivers. It is a reliable solution intended for storing compressed air in industrial plants, workshops, and pneumatic installations. A solid steel structure, compliance with European Union directives, and UDT certification make this receiver an indispensable component of any compressed air system. Thanks to its optimised design and high pressure resistance, this receiver can serve both as a storage buffer and as an element stabilising the compressor operating parameters.
This compressed air receiver has been designed for intensive use in industrial environments. The body, made from structural steel with a wall thickness of 4mm, guarantees resistance to pressure up to 11bar and ensures long-term operation. All welds are subject to rigorous quality control, and the surface of the receiver is protected with galvanising resistant to external factors and corrosion.
The receiver is equipped with a rating plate with the CE symbol and the number of the UDT notified body, confirming its approval for operation on the European market. The set includes complete technical documentation, a passport, and material certificates.
Thanks to its large 2,000-litre capacity, the receiver acts as an air buffer, stabilising pressure throughout the pneumatic system. This allows equipment powered by compressed air to operate evenly and significantly extends the service life of the compressor by reducing the number of its start-up and shut-down cycles. The vertical design enables compact installation, which is particularly important in plants with limited space.
A properly selected receiver for a compressor minimises pressure drops and prevents overloads in the pneumatic system, resulting in greater efficiency and safety of the entire installation.
CORMAK pressure vessels galvanised are widely used in various industrial sectors, as well as in automotive workshops, production plants, construction companies, and central compressed air installations. Thanks to their capacity and pressure resistance, they are suitable as:
| Weight (kg) | 470 |
| Connections | 6 |
| Connection size | 1/2", 1", 2" |
| Size | 2440x1150 mm |
| Receiver capacity (L) | 2,000 |
| Working pressure (bar) | 11 |
| Wall thickness (mm) | 4 |
| Diameter (mm) | Ø 1150 |
| Height (mm) | 2440 |
