Mechanical Guillotine Shears 1300x4 NC is an efficient and precise guillotine designed for cutting steel sheets up to 4 mm thick and 1,300 mm long. Design and technology – industrial construction for intensive use

The machine body is made as a welded steel structure with high rigidity. The appropriate deadweight (approx. 1,530 kg) and an optimised drive system with 4.0 kW power ensure stable operation at 23 strokes per minute. The mechanical guillotine shears 1300x4 NC are equipped with an automatic sheet hold-down, which prevents the material from shifting during cutting.

The safety system includes a guard with a light curtain, photoelectric sensors and a foot pedal with an emergency stop. A side gauge with millimetre scale and front support arms with rollers facilitate processing of larger sheet sizes.

A 2.0° cutting angle and the ability to adjust the gap between the blades provide an optimal ratio of cutting force to edge quality. The guillotine delivers repeatable parameters in batch production of components made from structural sheet with strength up to 400 N/mm².
