CORMAK press brakes from the BASE series are advanced machines designed for stamping and bending sheet metal, which during the ram cycle adapt to the required geometric cross-section. They are used in many industries, including electromechanical, light industry, agriculture, shipbuilding, automotive, and aviation. Thanks to properly selected punches and dies, as well as modern CORMAK CR-41 controllers, these machines make it possible to carry out even the most demanding bending tasks.

Safety
Laser safety system
Available only as an option, a top-class laser safety system that protects the operator and speeds up the bending process by more than twice.
1. Method of operator protection
With laser
A laser curtain is used
The laser creates a “barrier” right next to the bending zone — if a hand enters the beam area, the machine immediately stops the beam movement.
Protects the operator without reducing productivity.
Without laser
The press stops only when someone breaches the protection at a greater distance from the tool.
The safeguards are more traditional:
barrier light curtains mounted further away from the tool
two-hand control
mechanical devices
2. Safety distance and operating speed
With laser
Minimal safety distance — the operator can work closer to the tools.
The machine can work faster because the system tracks the tool in real time.
Biggest advantage: maximum efficiency + safety.
Without laser
Greater safety distance = slower operation.
The beam must slow down earlier.
More time losses between bending cycles.
3. Detection precision
With laser
The laser can detect a finger or even a small element right next to the bending zone.
The system works a millimetre from the die.
Without laser
Light curtains detect movement only within a specific zone — usually 100–200 mm from the tool.
Protection is less precise.
4. Operating comfort
With laser
The operator can work naturally at the tool.
There is no need to keep hands far away.
Very convenient for single-piece production and short runs.
Without laser
The operator must work under greater restrictions.
It requires more actions, e.g. frequent use of two start buttons.

We do not compromise on safety! Top-class BOSCH REXROTH hydraulic pump as well as hydraulic connections and safety valves
Beware of pseudo-safeguards such as gates or light curtains, because they are not compliant with CE standards and put workers at risk of injury. You, as the employer, are responsible for your employee’s health!
CE-compliant safety guards
Ergonomics and Additional सुविधient Features:
Mobile controller on a movable arm
2 supports
We care about the safety of our customers and their teams, which is why our press brakes have been equipped with a range of advanced safeguards. These include clear markings, side guards, a rear safety gate, and easily accessible emergency stops.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and detailed user manual.
The fact that a machine has CE certification does not mean that it is safe. What matters is what systems it is equipped with!
Punch and die clamping:
As standard, four-sided dies and segmented punches
The basic system used in CORMAK press brakes is a manual AMADA-type (European) system, enabling fast tool changes
Punches are mounted from the side of the machine and locked with screws
