Machine description:

The machine base and cutting frame are made of welded electro-coated steel profiles with a wide cross-section, which ensures high stability and reliability even when cutting large diameters. Wide steel cross-sections reduce noise, vibrations and slowdowns.

The highest precision of the cutting frame movement is ensured by a reducer and a brushless motor with recirculating ball bearing.

Wide working area equipped with 7 hydraulically driven rollers with very high load-bearing capacity and high precision of material movement. Material locking is carried out hydraulically both horizontally and vertically to perfectly hold the beam during cutting.

Blade alignment is ensured by hardened metal, hydraulic guides that include cemented, hardened and ground side guide rollers with easy system adjustment. The moving blade guide automatically keeps close to the cutting area.

The machine has a 10-inch touch screen with CNC to monitor the machine status and manage cutting parameters. Through the screen it is possible to set the blade speed in mm/min, material feed and detect machine faults (self-diagnosis).

The chip conveyor with electric drive is placed close to the coolant tank (capacity 250 liters), while the machine has 2 standard conveyors (one on each side), so that the working area remains clean and free from debris that could interfere with work. The chip conveyor operates in 3 modes: always on, active only during cutting, off.

The blade is tensioned by a hydraulic actuator controlled by the band saw software.

Low energy consumption by the hydraulic unit, which only operates when needed to save energy.

When the machine is not in use, the system relaxes the blade to avoid excessive tension when stationary. In the event of a blade stop or break, the machine automatically stops, saving time and extending the life of the blade.
