The CUBO 300 NC BOX model is a modern band saw that ensures user safety by protecting all four sides with specially designed metal guards that cover the moving parts of the machine. The protective system also allows easy maintenance.

• The innovative and easy-to-use 7-inch touch screen with an intuitive interface allows control of all machine settings. Up to 99 cutting programs and 10 different cutting lengths can be programmed on the same bar.

• The CNC control gives access to all machine operating functions: automatic calculation of blade thickness, number of stroke repetitions, blade speed and lowering speed. The interface also allows viewing the CUBO status, fault detection and self-diagnosis.

• Integrated feeder for automatic repetition of the cutting process. The feeder slides over a hardened and chrome-plated bar; high precision thanks to the ball slide with self-locking inverter motor, mounted on a floating plate to facilitate loading of irregular bars.

• The saw arms are made of cast iron, with a structure with a tube with high resistance to stress and better performance on all sections and materials. The bow is equipped with a hardened and cemented screw and a crown made of a high-strength bronze alloy.

• The mechanical material detection device allows the blade to approach the material quickly, automatically detecting the first contact, while the final cut is controlled by a microswitch on the moving blade guide, which ensures perfect blade alignment thanks to hard pads and additional bearings.

• IMET automatic machines can be connected to the company network and used remotely thanks to SAWFACTORY and a modem. SAWFACTORY is a dedicated software that allows you to manage the cutting process from your desk by setting programs and monitoring work thanks to a dedicated web application. The software also allows remote assistance from technicians.
