Main features:

• The cutting frame is made of welded heavy gauge steel, with a 5° inclination and rigid construction, which allows for the highest cutting efficiency and deep material penetration, even with larger diameters.

• The mechanical rotation of the cutting arm is controlled by a 10” touch screen and console panel. The easy and intuitive interface allows the user to precisely set and view the required cutting angle and save it in the system.

• The machines have an encoder on the arm arc, which allows the measurement of the material position and the descent speed, so the user can optimize the cutting process.

• KS 1202 NC has a standard vertical actuator that helps in perfect fixing material.

• Two hydraulic regulators (on the control panel) control the arm drop – one is responsible for the drop speed, the other for the force of pressure on the material.

• The band guiding alignment is optimized thanks to hardened blade guides with carbide plates and additional rollers, and the mobile band guide automatically adjusts itself during cutting.

• The band is cleaned using a mechanically driven brush, a standard minimum lubrication system – so that pipes and profiles are always cut in a clean environment.

• Low energy consumption of the hydraulic unit – switches off when not in use.
