Design and technology

The CORMAK electric scissor lift has been built to meet the highest standards of safety and durability. Its structure is based on a reinforced mobile chassis equipped with non-marking wheels, suitable for operation on various surfaces, including sensitive warehouse and production hall floors. The applied scissor mechanism uses high-pressure hydraulics (up to 240 bar), ensuring reliability and smooth lifting.

The working platform is made from durable materials and fitted with steel safety guardrails featuring an integrated access system. The design allows safe and ergonomic operation from both the lower control panel and the operator panel on the platform. Additional features include overload protection, tilt sensors and an emergency lowering system.

Precision and operational efficiency

Thanks to its optimised scissor design and stable drive system, the CORMAK scissor lift ensures precise platform positioning at the required height. A small turning radius (2.1 m) and high ground clearance (90 mm) allow manoeuvring even in narrow aisles or production zones. Traction motors and a modern braking system ensure safe driving, even when the platform is fully raised.

Operational efficiency is enhanced by the use of 24 V batteries (4×12 V 300 Ah), enabling long working cycles without frequent recharging. The integrated charger allows fast charging from a standard power socket, reducing downtime between work cycles.
