The WOODGRAIN R1500 branch chipper is our newest model of shredder. The machine combines robust construction with durable blades.
Key features of the device:

• DUCAR engine is characterized by high efficiency, compact design, and high reliability.

• Petrol-powered, four-stroke OHV air-cooled technology – ensures lower operating temperatures, powerful drive, reliability, and durability.

• Cast iron cylinder sleeve not only improves lubrication efficiency but also makes the engine more resistant to wear and extends its service life.

• Automatic low oil level alert – prevents engine operation when oil is low, providing greater engine protection.

• Metal camshaft and forged crankshaft – make the engine more durable and reliable.

• Safety system with automatic ignition cut-off – top-level operator protection.

The R1500 chipper is equipped with an advanced safety system that automatically cuts ignition when the black safety frame surrounding the feed inlet is pressed. This key design feature effectively eliminates the risk of the operator being pulled in – even in emergency situations.

• The feed hopper is equipped with an emergency safety switch, which, when pressed by hand, cuts power to the engine.

• The feed hopper is set at a steep angle, making it easier to feed material. The end of the feed hopper can be easily folded down, simplifying transport.

• 360-degree rotating discharge chute allows chip ejection in any desired direction.

• The machine produces wood chips sized between 20 mm and 40 mm.

• The resulting chips can be used as fuel material (suitable for screw feeders), as compost, or as mulch under shrubs.
