Design and technology

The R1500 chipper is equipped with a drive system using V-belts and a centrifugal clutch, ensuring smooth and safe power transmission to the working drum. The Hardox 500 steel used for the blades is characterised by exceptional abrasion resistance, resulting in extended service life without the need for frequent replacement of cutting components.

The feed hopper is positioned at an optimal angle to facilitate material feeding, while the 360° rotating discharge chute allows precise direction of the chip stream. The self-feeding drum design improves workflow and minimises the need for manual feeding.

Precision and work efficiency

The 15 HP engine, high drum rotational speed (2000 rpm), and two working blades ensure uniform branch shredding. The chipper allows cutting of fresh soft wood up to 120 mm in diameter, fresh hardwood up to 100 mm, and dry hardwood up to 80 mm.
