Thanks to four double-sided sharpened knives made of hard tool steel, the chipper ensures not only very high efficiency, but also long service life of the machine. The rear of the disc is equipped with breakers and discharge shovels, which contributes to even more effective discharge of chips from the machine.

Our greatest achievement is the new generation hydraulic system, which we have equipped with reliable distributors. This guarantees smooth operation, as well as safety of use. The chipper is equipped with its own hydraulic pump and oil tank, and two hydraulic rollers feeding material to the knife disc significantly speed up the process.

Additionally, for your convenience, we include a FREE PTO shaft and a 30 cm discharge hopper extension. The WOODGRAIN BX62R chipper has a built-in hydraulic system with a pump and oil tank, as well as two hydraulic feed rollers, offering 10 feeding speeds and reverse gear for withdrawing branches.

The drive from the tractor to the chipper is transferred by means of a transmission shaft, and the minimum required shaft revolutions are 540 rpm. The rotor design allows for long-term operation without tractor load, and all bearings are protected against the ingress of dust, debris, etc., lubricated through easily accessible grease nipples.

The massive disc with a diameter of 740 mm and a thickness of 25 mm has 4 double-sided sharpened knives with dimensions of 240 mm x 60 mm, as well as counter knives on the disc guard. Breakers (shovels) additionally shredding the obtained debris to a value of 20-50 mm make our chipper a complete tool for shredding.

The WOODGRAIN BX62R chipper is a machine with a three-point suspension system (TUZ), designed to work with an agricultural tractor with a minimum power of 30 HP. Additionally, the chipper is equipped with disc ventilation, ensuring optimal working conditions. The resulting chips, ranging in size from 20 mm to 60 mm, are thrown through a 360° rotating tube, allowing the stream to be directed in any direction. This is a tool that combines efficiency, safety and innovative solutions, ensuring excellent shredding results.
