CypNest is advanced nesting software designed specifically for CypCut/HypCut laser cutting systems. By integrating features such as drawing modification, fast nesting, cutting path generation and analytical reporting, CypNest maximises the efficiency of machines using the FSCut system. The software is supplied on a USB device with a pre-activated perpetual licence, ensuring easy installation and immediate use.
CypNest is advanced software working with the CypCut system, designed for precise nesting – arranging cut elements across the full sheet area. Through automation and faster planning, CypNest significantly reduces material waste, resulting in savings and improved production efficiency.
Unlike the standard CypCut version, CypNest offers an unlimited number of sheets, cutting elements and nested parts. The software supports both manual and automatic nesting, providing fast and optimally arranged layouts.
Additional advanced functions include intelligent project modification, fast positioning with manual editing capability, and the selection of an optimal cutting path for the laser head. The software also generates detailed reports and analyses, making it an excellent tool for improving production processes.
