Design and technology

The CMS260 model is designed as a combination woodworking machine where each module operates independently, improving efficiency and eliminating the need for reconfiguration. The structure is based on a durable steel frame providing stability even during heavy use. Each function (table saw, planer–thicknesser, spindle moulder etc.) is optimised for safety and ergonomics. Foldable tables, guards and an efficient dust extraction system ensure operator comfort and safety.

Precision and performance

Equipped with three separate motors (2.2 kW for the saw and planer, 1.5 kW for the spindle moulder), it allows intensive operation without loss of torque. The spindle moulder shaft offers four speed ranges (1,400 / 4,000 / 6,000 / 9,000 rpm), enabling optimal adjustment to the material type. The cutter block speed of 5,500 rpm and the saw blade speed of 4,000 rpm ensure clean and efficient cutting of solid wood and wood-based materials.
