The ESR 2020 x 3.5 mm three-roll electromechanical rolling mill with asymmetric shafts is used to produce cylindrical and conical shells of various diameters. Processing scheme

ESR-2020 x 3.5 Roll Bender

The chain drive transfers the rotation from the electric motor to the rollers. The upper roller is foldable, which facilitates the removal of finished products. The folding roller is equipped with a lock preventing its spontaneous opening during operation.
