The ESR 2020 x 3.5 mm three-roll electromechanical rolling mill with asymmetric shafts is used to produce cylindrical and conical shells of various diameters. This machine is designed for bending sheets with a thickness of up to 3.5 mm, length up to 2020 mm, diameter of the upper shaft 125 mm. Processing scheme
The chain drive transfers the rotation from the electric motor to the rollers. The upper roller is foldable, which facilitates the removal of finished products. The folding roller is equipped with a lock preventing its spontaneous opening during operation.
