Fibre laser cutting machines are modern devices that stand out for their many advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more economical alternative to CO₂ technology but also have numerous benefits that increase productivity (by up to 70%) and improve quality. FIBER technology enables the cutting of sheets and other materials of varying thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength of a FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometres, providing an intensity 100 times greater than that of CO₂ systems of comparable power.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE LASER

• Long service life. The collimating and focusing lenses feature a water-cooled heat sink, which reduces the temperature of the cutting head and extends its operational lifespan.
• Wider adjustment range. Adjustment range −10 mm to +10 mm, precision 0.01 mm, suitable for various plate types (0–20 mm).

Design screen

The display features a vertical screen with fast response time, higher contrast, wider viewing angle, low power consumption and high resolution. It also provides high brightness, reduced reflection, and greater durability.

Welded bed made of rectangular profiles

The bed structure features an internal honeycomb design, made of multiple welded rectangular tubes. Reinforcements inside the tubes increase the frame’s strength, rigidity and the stability of the guide rails, effectively preventing deformation. High tensile strength and stability ensure 20 years of deformation-free operation.
