Machine description

• The RM-S series - unlike RM - is intended for bending thicker sheets and mass production. These rolling mills have greater power, functionality, efficiency and durability. The standard version of the RM-S series includes an electric motor for regulating the side roller, which allows for pre-bending. Thanks to the increased power of the main and side engines and the reinforced frame structure, it is possible to obtain the smallest diameters of bent parts from the thickest sheets.
  
• The asymmetric design of the roller system allows for preliminary bending of the sheet metal by moving the side roller. Bending the ends of the sheet metal is an important work function that ensures the quality of the final detail, which allows obtaining a uniform, closed form. To bend in both directions, unfold the sheet and press the side roller twice.
  
• The upper roller is foldable, which makes it easier to remove finished products. It is equipped with a lock that prevents it from opening spontaneously during operation.
