LC1390ZD2 laser engraving plotter - 2 heads

Perfect for engraving, marking, cutting from single to large series. Equipped with two laser heads, each with a power of 160W.

The working area of the Laser-1390ZD2 Laser Plotter is 1300x900 mm.

The price of the laser plotter includes: red point, electrically lowered platform up to 300 mm, honeycomb overlay and scissor table, lower exhaust gas extraction with waste drawer, integrated compressor, fan, cooling.

The advantage of the engraving machine is the "pass-through table", which allows the processing of materials of any length, width 1300 mm and height 100 mm, or any width and length 900 mm.

LASER CUTTING PROCESS

Laser cutting is a modern and widely used material processing technique. The cutting tool in this technique is a laser beam with high energy density that cuts through the material.

The course of the laser cutting process

The laser cutting process is based on the phenomenon of the impact of the laser beam at its focal point, where its power is the highest, causing rapid melting, evaporation, ablation and heating of the cut material to the ignition temperature. The place where the beam falls on the material is washed by rapidly flowing gas, which, flowing in the axis of incidence of the beam, removes the molten material.

Characteristics of the LASER-1390Z set

A "honeycomb" table is indispensable when cutting materials, its task is to remove smoke.
