Fiber optic laser cutters are modern devices that are distinguished by numerous advantages. They are not only an excellent and much more profitable alternative to the CO₂ technology, but also have a lot of advantages in themselves that allow you to develop production (up to 70%) and improve its quality. FIBER technology allows you to cut sheets and other materials of various thicknesses, from very thin to very thick. The wavelength in the FIBER laser is 1.064 micrometers. These properties result in an intensity that is 100 times greater than that of CO₂ devices of similar power.

Sliding gate made of seasoned aviation aluminum

The construction of the sliding gate is made of seasoned aviation aluminum formed with a force of 4300 tons, achieving incredible stiffness. Aviation aluminum has many advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), low weight, resistance to corrosion and oxidation, and good machinability.

Removable build table

The interchangeable work table consists of upper and lower platforms whose movement and exchange are controlled by the controller. The machine is able to replace the platform within 15 seconds.

Welded bed made of rectangular profiles

The construction of the bed has an internal structure resembling a honeycomb, made of many welded rectangular tubes. Stiffeners are placed inside the tubes, which increase the strength of the bed, and also increase the rigidity and stability of the guide rail to effectively prevent its deformation. High strength, stability, tensile strength, ensuring 20 years of use without distortion.

BOCI cutting head

Dust- and debris-resistant design ensures a long lifespan. The laser head enables high quality, speed and precision of cutting while maintaining a good value for money. The head distance control system allows you to constantly control the distance of the laser head over the material. The heads are also equipped with an anti-collision system and an additional protective glass in the collimator unit to protect the lens. Easy and quick replacement of the nozzle and ceramics.
