Machine description:
The three-roller RMH series hydraulic rolling mill has symmetrically arranged rolls in a pyramidal arrangement. This makes it possible to perform preliminary and conical bending. Most of the torque is generated by the hydraulic drive of all three rollers via a high-performance planetary gear. This ensures direct transfer of force to the roll and maximum power without losses.
The hydraulic, three-roller rolling mill has a pyramidal arrangement. The bending radius is changed using the side rollers, and the upper roller is responsible for feeding the sheet left and right.
Mainly advantages:
- Reinforced, stiff, welded structure made of ST-52 steel ensures stability and high quality of production for long-term use.
- Induction hardened carbon steel rolls with high tensile strength.
- In rolling mills with a roll diameter of 210-240 mm the upper roll is driven by an electric motor connected to a gearbox that provides high torque. The side rollers are driven by coupling the upper roller with gear wheels.
- In rolling mills with a roll diameter of 280-550 mm, three rolls are driven by three independent hydraulic motors. This ensures high efficiency and easy bending of the thickest sheets.
- The two side rollers always move independently in an arc motion using hydraulic pistons, which allows the formation of the smallest sheet diameters and also ensures the perfect cylinder shape.
- The finished sheet is removed by lifting the upper roller using the hydraulic system.
- Central lubrication system ensures automatic supply of lubricant to the moving parts of the machine according to a set schedule.
- The device enablesbending conical forms.
- Digital display of side roller positions - shows the current position of the side rollers. The extreme positions of the side rollers can be limited from the control panel, so they will not rise more than the previously set position, eliminating operator error.
- Two-stage speed setting for power and torque control (only from model RMH2050/280 and above).
- Hydraulic roller balancing system is used for optimal bending quality and repeatability.
- Optionally, the rolling mill can beequipped with central and side supports for large sheets and diameters.
- The machine complies with the CE Safety Directive/Declaration of Conformity.
