Machine description:

Durable and stable construction, the bed is made of high-quality cast iron.
12-speed gearbox with induction motor ensures optimal turning mode without loss of maximum torque.
Inductively hardened and precisely ground bed guides. The appropriate bed width of 160 mm ensures stable and precise working conditions.
Spindle shaft mounted with two angular contact bearings.
Spindle passage of 38 mm ensures optimal work results, allowing the machining of shafts with large diameters.
Spindle motor induction (constant speed) 1.1 kW/230V drive with high power and high torque, optimally for machining steel, non-ferrous materials.
Support with hand wheels with a precise scale of 0.5/0.1 mm (transverse/longitudinal feed).
Tool slide with scale, rotatable in the range of ± 45°, and the tailstock has a sliding system of ± 10 mm for turning cones.
Easy adjustment of spindle speed and automatic feed from the ergonomic control panel on the gears.
Hardened and ground gears in the spindle gear.
