• The saw frame has a rigid cast iron structure with a tubular cross-section, which ensures high resistance to deformation and better performance when cutting any type of material. The bow is equipped with a hardened feed screw and a crown made of a resistant bronze alloy.

• The high band tension (1700 kg/cm²) and the inclined blade reduce stress, vibration, jamming and slowdowns when cutting large sections. The machine has a standard automatic system to control the correct tape tension using a microswitch and frontal adjustment.

• CUBO 300 E FLAT uses a manual selection system to set one cutting length at a time. The manual selector has a knob and a digital readout.

• The control panel allows you to set, manage and modify all the machine parameters: number of cuts and feeder strokes, blade speed, material feed, lowering speed. It also allows self-diagnosis of the cutting process to detect errors.

• The machine has an integrated feeder to automatically repeat the cutting process. The feeder moves on hardened and chromed bars, with feeding carried out by a hydraulic cylinder mounted on a floating plate, which facilitates loading even curved bars. Maximum single stroke: 515 mm, minimum: 15 mm.

• The mechanical material sensing device ensures rapid blade approach to the material, automatically detecting the starting point of the cut, and the end point is controlled by a microswitch on the movable blade guide. The nylon brush bristles are motorized to remove debris from the blade during cutting.
