The CK7135PA inclined bed CNC lathe is an advanced tool that guarantees extremely precise machining and high X/Z positioning repeatability of 0.006 mm, which is a significant improvement compared to conventional CNC lathes that achieve 0.01 mm. These impressive results are the result of the use of factory-installed ball bearings and innovative design solutions in this machine.

The standard equipment of the lathe includes a serial tool post, which eliminates the need to move to a safe position and shortens the machining time by up to 25%. This is a significant convenience, influencing the efficiency of the lathe. Additionally, the machine is equipped with SINUMERIK 808D control.

SIEMENS servo drives cooperating with the lathe ensure smooth and precise tool movements, and the hydraulic 3-jaw lathe chuck allows for secure clamping of the processed material. A set of soft jaws increases the flexibility and adaptability of the lathe to various types of materials.
