The CUBO 400 BOX model is a modern band saw that ensures user safety thanks to a cover made of specially designed metal sheets protecting all four sides and all moving parts of the band saw. The guard system allows full access to the machine and easy maintenance.

• Innovative and easy-to-use 7" touch screen with an intuitive interface, allowing full control of all machine settings. Possibility to program up to 99 cutting programs and 10 different cutting lengths on the same bar.

• CNC control provides access to all machine operating functions: automatic calculation of blade thickness, number of stroke repetitions, belt speed and blade lowering speed. The interface also allows you to view the CUBO operating status and diagnose irregularities thanks to the self-diagnosis function.

• Integrated feeder for automatic repetition of the cutting process. The feeder slides along a hardened and chrome-plated guide; high positioning precision thanks to precise feeding by means of a ball screw with a backlash-free (self-braking) motor, mounted on a floating plate to alleviate stresses when irregular bars.

• The saw body has a rigid, cast iron construction made of square tubes, which provides high resistance to deformation and better performance with any type of cut material. The bow is equipped with an endless screw and a crown made of a high-resistance bronze alloy.

• The mechanical material detection device ensures rapid approach of the blade to the material, automatically detecting the first cutting point. The final cut is controlled by a microswitch on the blade guide, which allows for perfect band positioning thanks to hard metal pads and additional bearings.

• IMET automatic machines can be connected to the company network and used remotely thanks to the SAWFACTORY system and modem. SAWFACTORY is a dedicated software that allows you to manage the cutting process from the office by setting programs and monitoring work thanks to the application web. The software also allows for remote technical support.
