Machine description:

The DCV8900TC VIBER extractor is another milestone in the production of efficient sawdust and dust extraction systems that ensure constant operating parameters throughout the entire use cycle. The device has an additional pair of doors that make it easy to change bags, and a new, patented security system that guarantees trouble-free operation.

The compact dimensions of the extractor mean that it takes up little space, while at the same time being able to effectively extract large amounts of dust and chips. The powerful and quiet fan ensures high negative pressure efficiency, which has been confirmed by production plants working on large orders every day. The special design of the rotor blades increases the efficiency of the device, while contributing to energy savings.

Thanks to the very high tightness of the suction system, the DCV8900TC VIBER extractor guarantees the highest air quality in the plant and prevents heat loss during the heating season. The large filter surface and the possibility of expanding the ceiling system allow for the connection of several machines at the same time. Quick replacement of waste containers, designed to maintain 99.99% airtightness, additionally facilitates operation. Metal containers with a mobile drive system and a built-in viewfinder allow for convenient checking of the filling level.

The quiet and efficient operation of the extractor is ensured by a metal, balanced rotor and an improved engine. Thanks to this, the device guarantees perfect cleanliness at the workplace, which directly translates into the quality of production. DCV8900TC VIBER works perfectly with various machines, such as grinders, edge banding machines or panel saws. Equipped with a control cabinet, it allows easy switching on and off.

The polyester filter effectively stops dust with a diameter of up to 5 microns, and if it is necessary to filter smaller particles, it is possible to use an additional filter, e.g. HEPA. The device is not adapted to work in an explosive atmosphere and should only be used to extract dry materials such as sawdust, shavings or carpentry dust. It is not suitable for working with wet raw materials.

Before starting the extractor, the lower beam should be dismantled to obtain free access to the chip containers. DCV8900TC VIBER is a Polish-made product, guaranteeing the highest quality of cleaning!
