CORMAK DCV5200E+ Industrial extractor for wood dust and chips

DCV 5200E+ is the next step in the production of efficient sawdust extractors, the aim of which is to constantly provide the same extraction parameters throughout the entire work cycle. It takes up little space, yet can extract large quantities of dust and chips. Its reliability has been confirmed by production plants dealing with large orders every day. The massive, hardened construction, which does not vibrate, allows for maintenance-free operation of the machine, and the dynamically balanced metal rotor effectively reduces the noise level.

The extractor is equipped with an automatic filter shaking system!

The 200 mm metal suction nozzle provides a much greater airflow, which increases the efficiency of extraction. The large filter surface and the special design of the fan blades make the device efficient and save electricity. The very high tightness of the entire suction system guarantees the best air quality inside the plant, and prevents heat loss during the heating season.

The device allows the construction of a ceiling system, which allows for the connection of several machines working simultaneously with DCVE extractors. Quick change of foil containers, designed to maintain 99.99% airtightness of the system, increases the comfort of use. This type of extraction system ensures perfect cleanliness at the workplace, which directly translates into the quality of manufactured products.

DCV 5200E+ works perfectly with machines such as grinders, format saws, edge banding machines, circular saws or panel saws. The polyester filter stops dust with a diameter of up to 5 microns, and an additional filter, e.g. HEPA, can be used to filter smaller particles. The extraction system is designed for work in the carpentry industry with sawdust, shavings and dust, but it is not adapted to work with wet raw materials such as damp sawdust. It is forbidden to use it in an explosive atmosphere.
