Fiber optic laser cutters are modern devices that are distinguished by numerous advantages. The structure of the sliding gate is made of seasoned aircraft aluminum molded with a force of 4300 tons, achieving incredible stiffness. Aviation aluminum has many advantages: high stiffness (greater than cast iron), light weight, corrosion and oxidation resistance and good machinability.

Welded bed made of rectangular profiles

The inner structure of the bed adopts a metal honeycomb structure which is welded by a plurality of rectangular tubes. Stiffeners are placed inside the pipes, which increase the strength and tensile strength of the bed, and also increase the strength and stability of the guide rail to effectively avoid deformation of the bed.
