Machine description:
- The F 4010 universal lathe has improved modern covers for the working area that make the operator's work as safe and comfortable as possible.
- Optimal work results are ensured by a large spindle bore38 mm,3-jaw lathe chuck 160 mm, modern engine dual band 1.5/2.4 kW, a turning ruler, and a central (automatic) lubrication system.
- The central lubrication system ensures automatic supply of lubricant to the moving parts of the machine according to a set schedule. Saves maintenance time and ensures longer machine life.
- The digital readout operates in 2 (two) axesof the longitudinal and transverse movement of the slide. The processed electronic signal from the optical rulers visualizes the obtained values from movements along the axis on the digital screen.
- Hardened and ground gears in the spindle gear.
- The appropriate bed width of 205 mm ensures stable and precise working conditions.
- Equipped with a lead screw and a feed shaft for thread turning and automatic longitudinal and transverse feed.
- Easy adjustment of spindle speed and automatic feed from the ergonomic control panel to the gears. Feed selection lock via lead screw or shaft.
- Adjustable overload clutch on the drive shaft.
- Possibility of machining a large range of threads without having to replace the gears on the guitar. Wide range of turned threads:metric(39) 0.4 - 7 mm, inch(28) 4 - 56 T.P.I. strong>Turning right and left threads.
- Thread turning clock designed for accurate counting of threads. The function is intended to save time so that in a few passes you can unscrew the lead screw nut and manually and quickly return the carriage to its original position.
- Sliding chip drawer and tool drawers for better and more efficient work.
- Rich equipment as standard: straightedge for turning cones, MK4 rotary center.
