A professional wet blast cabinet is an essential device in workshops, production plants, and service centers where precise, dust-free cleaning of metal, aluminum, glass, or plastic components is required. Thanks to wet blasting technology, it is possible to remove rust, old paint coatings, contaminants, and prepare surfaces for further processing — without the dust issues associated with traditional dry blasting.

Device Description:

The wet blast cabinet is a specialized machine designed for cleaning, dulling, de-rusting, and surface preparation. Unlike traditional dry sandblasters, wet blasting technology almost completely eliminates dust, significantly improving comfort and safety — both for the operator and the working environment.

The device operates in a closed blasting chamber, where the abrasive is mixed with water and propelled onto the surface under pressure. This resulting slurry effectively removes rust, paint, grease, residues, and contaminants, while avoiding sparks and not damaging the material's structure. This is especially important when working with delicate parts, thin-walled components, or surfaces requiring precision finishing.

Advantages of the Wet Blast Cabinet:

  • Dust-free cleaning – ideal for enclosed spaces where airborne dust is undesirable

  • Gentler treatment than dry blasting – reduces the risk of deformation and overheating of materials

  • Lower abrasive consumption thanks to the closed-loop water and slurry recirculation system

  • Improved visibility inside the work chamber – due to the elimination of dust and mist

  • Versatile material processing – suitable for steel, aluminum, glass, ceramics, and plastics

Applications:

Wet blast cabinets are used in a variety of industries — from the automotive sector, tool making, and restoration services, to electroplating plants and the aerospace industry.
They are perfect for cleaning aluminum rims, injection molds, engine components, stainless steel structures, 3D printed parts, and preparing surfaces for powder coating or anodizing.

Construction and Functionality:

The cabinet is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring resistance to water, abrasives, and intensive industrial use. The solid construction provides durability and stability for years of operation.
The model is equipped with a foot valve, allowing convenient and safe control of the blasting process — the operator keeps their hands free and has full control over the device.
The working chamber features internal lighting, protective gloves, and a viewing window with a cleaning system.

Compressed air connection is required for proper operation.
