CORMAK BS1200H semi-automatic metal bandsaw

In the semi-automatic BS1200H band saw, after switching on the switch, the entire cutting cycle, i.e. securing the cut material in the hydraulic vice, switching on the cutting band feed, lowering the cutting arm (speed continuously adjustable), stopping the machine after the cut, raising the arm (adjustable arm lift height) and switching off the hydraulic vice, is carried out automatically.

Manual operation of the machine has been simplified to feeding the cut material to the bumper. The massive arm made of a uniform cast iron casting together with the refined, massive and stable construction provides the BS1200H cutting machine with exceptional rigidity, which translates into failure-free operation and very high cutting precision.

The band tension allows for obtaining optimal working conditions of the band. In the event of a saw break, the machine stops automatically. The precision of the tape guidance is ensured by guides consisting of bearings and inserts made of sintered carbide.
