The SG1000 grinding and deburring machine perfectly prepares stamped and laser-cut parts for further processing. It removes all burrs, and the edges are rounded more evenly than when processing with other methods.
This is a single-sided device in which the parts are moved on a conveyor belt under four flap brushes working from above. The rotating brushes process the edges of the parts.
The machine with a working width of 1000 mm combines the advanced technology of industrial grinders with units designed for deburring. Equipped with four flap discs, each with its own drive, it allows to achieve different levels of surface finish in one or several passes.
The machine allows for deburring and rounding the edges of laser-cut parts in one pass, handling parts from 1 mm to 70 mm thick and up to 1000 mm wide. The touch control panel allows for ongoing control of processing parameters, such as part height, feed speed and brush speed.
Four rows of magnets placed under the work surface ensure precise holding of the workpieces during work. With this machine, you can effectively deburr, polish and finish surfaces at an industrial level using a single device.
Rotating rollers cause the abrasive flaps to be pulled over the edges of the sheet metal , which ensures a strong effect on the edges of the workpieces. When the elements are transported on a conveyor belt under the rotating roller, the flaps affect the surface from above. This process becomes particularly effective when there are many brushes in the so-called carousel rotor, which act on the elements from all sides. Thanks to this, the roller brushes provide the best and most even rounding effects , enabling roundings of up to 2.0 mm.
