Device description

The MP160A cabin washer is a modern device dedicated to cleaning in a closed circuit. Its main purpose is to effectively and thoroughly clean hard-to-reach places and heavily dirty parts from carbon deposits, grease and oil. The high temperature of the washing liquid, reaching up to 70 degrees Celsius, combined with a pressure of up to 8 Bar, ensure excellent operating efficiency.

The preparation is extracted from the gun nozzle under significant pressure, which enables effective cleaning of even the most difficult contaminants. Both the temperature and the special cleaning fluid contribute to increasing the effectiveness of the cleaning process. Additionally, the washer has adjustable feet, which allows it to be adjusted to the user's needs.

The device is perfect for regenerating turbochargers and for heavily dirty parts made of steel, cast iron, aluminum and other alloys. The safety and quality of work with the washer have been increased by the use of pneumatic actuators in the cover, which ensures stability and optimal conditions during cleaning.

The MP160A cabin washer has a dual-function gun that allows the extraction of air only or air in combination with a cleaning agent. After the cleaning process is completed, the washed item can be dried with compressed air.

In terms of control, the washer is equipped with an intuitive panel that allows easy operation. Additionally, the device has water temperature regulation, smooth air pressure regulation, a pressure gauge and separate switches for heating the washing liquid/water and power supply, which allows for full control over the washing process.
