The overhead crane with a lifting capacity of up to 1 ton is a versatile device that is used in various areas, such as unloading, loading, repairs, warehouse work, assembly and many others. The device is specially designed to work on horizontal and flat floors, allowing easy movement along straight lines. Thanks to four return rollers, the crane ensures smooth movement around the workspace, while parking brakes ensure safe stopping in the right places.

Adjusting the height of the crane in an unloaded state is simple and safe thanks to the lever and two securing screws on each support. In addition, the stability and strength of the crane are ensured by a solid construction and additional cross braces, which are responsible for resistance to torsion.

An additional advantage of the crane with a lifting capacity of up to 1 ton is the possibility of installing a trolley with manual drive, which allows for even greater flexibility and freedom of movement on tracks or guides.

Beam extensions are specialist components that extend the reach and functionality of standard gantry cranes. They enable loads to be moved over greater horizontal distances, which is crucial in wide production halls, warehouses and other industrial facilities. Gate extensions can be used if the standard width is too narrow for us.

During assembly, please remember that the lifting capacity of the crane decreases with the use of an extension.

The maximum permissible load capacity on a gantry crane when using gantry extensions is 800 kg.

The minimum extension width is 200mm. When the crane is extended beyond 200mm, the lifting capacity drops below 800kg.
