6. Software and control system
- The machine is controlled by the industrial SYNTEC controller as in large machining centers. The controller includes: a keypad and an LCD display.
- The software is included in the price of the machine (the software provides the ability to import files from Corel, Autocad, etc. Import / export of files, editor and text input and many other functions)
- The software enables quick and easy design of elements, which the program then converts into the so-called G-code. It is also possible to import finished files from other programs.
7. Vacuum pump and extractor foot
- The new generation of exhaust hoods allows for faster and more effective work with exhaustion
- The use of a vacuum pump significantly increases the clamping force of the workpieces on the machine table, thanks to which the material does not move
- Vacuum pump - 7.5 kW (max -440 mbar)
- 6 independent vacuum sections
- The penumatically operated extraction foot, located at the spindle, enables the connection of any chip extraction device, maintaining cleanliness, safety and at the same time maintaining precision of work
