Device description

We offer you a brand new device, a sandblasting cabinet with 420 liters capacity.

The sandblaster is fully complete, equipped with a proven control system, a solid and large cabin with front-opening doors, sandblasting gun, eight ceramic nozzles, high-quality work gloves, workspace lighting, large window - viewfinder (no blind spot) dust collector and cyclone filter. This recommended device provides, in addition to its compact design and large and spacious working space, ease of use, reliability and work safety.

Dust-free operation of the device is ensured by the use of peripheral seals, which allows the work to be carried out in an environmentally friendly manner. The sandblasting hose is placed in the lower part of the collecting container. The drain hole allows for a quick change of sandblasting material. The sandblaster is used for cleaning and treating various surface types, e.g. removing rust, paint, deposits from metal surfaces, e.g. automotive parts, engines, fittings, housings, wheels, rims, etc. As abrasive, can be used among others: quartz , silicon, glass beads, plastic sand, emery and other materials.

• A limit switch mounted in the cabin, coupled directly with the pressure regulator, cutting off the compressed air supply after opening the cabin
• Strong telescopic cylinders helping with opening front doors.
