Sheet processing machines

Sheet metal is a metallurgical product resulting from the remelting of metals, finally roled to the appropriate thickness and the shape of a rectangular sheet. It has different thickness, size and structure.  In metal processing factories, it is shaped according to the assumptions of the constructors and designer in machine parks equipped with various devices. Guillotine shearing machines cut the metal sheets into smaller pieces or cut off unnecessary fragments. The rolling mills forming the sheets using the parameters of the circle, round the part or form full rolls used later as pipes. Bending machines are also used for sheet metal processing for forming processes. The detail is bending at a given angle. Punching machines are use to cut out a shape from sheet metal or to cut it. Hydraulic press brake machines shape the profiles according to the design, usin /g the pressure force.  Multi-functional machine tools are often numerical controlled devices, that allow to perform different stages of sheet metal forming on one machine. These tools and other specialized machines allow you to shape sheets for industrial, commercial and private use.
