RMH 2050/200 Roll Bender

Hydraulic three-roller (3-roller) RMH 3050/420 is a machine with increased power, reinforced and rigid structure and high efficiency. It is used to produce cylindrical and conical forms from the thickest sheets. This model is designed for bending sheets up to 30 mm thick and 3050 mm wide. Hydraulic rolling mills of the RMH series are perfect for industrial plants in serial and large-scale production.

Machine description:

The RMH series hydraulic rolling mill has symmetrically arranged rolls in a pyramidal arrangement. This makes it possible to perform preliminary and conical bending. Most of the torque is generated by the hydraulic drive of all three rollers via a high-performance planetary gear. This ensures direct transfer of force to the roll and maximum power without losses.
The hydraulic, three-roller rolling mill has a pyramidal arrangement. The bending radius is changed using the side rollers, and the upper roller is responsible for feeding the sheet left and right.

Mainly advantages:

Reinforced, stiff, welded structure made of ST-52 steel ensures stability and high quality of production for long-term use.
Rollers made of high tensile strength steel have the SAE 1050 quality certificate and are induction hardened and ground.
Three hydraulically driven rollers through a planetary gear provide high torque and ensure easy bending of the thickest sheets with high efficiency.
The side rollers move orbitally - in a semicircular motion - which allows for obtaining the smallest diameters during circular and conical bending.

Digital display of the position of the side rollers - shows the current position of the side rollers. The extreme positions of the side rollers can be limited from the control panel, so they will not rise more than the previously set position, eliminating operator error.
Two-stage speed setting for power and torque adjustment (only from model RMH2050/280 and above).
Hydraulic roller balancing system is used for optimal bending quality and repeatability.
Optionally, the rolling mill can be equipped with central and side supports for large sheets and diameters.
The machine complies with the EC Safety Directive (CE mark) / Declaration of Conformity.
