Machine description
The universal boring and facing head is a device that, thanks to the possibility of multi-position knife mounting and automatic tool slide feed, allows for performing a number of different machining operations, such as:
- boring holes in a wide range of diameters,
- cross turning of the front and rear faces of the hole and turning of the external surfaces,
- making grooves,
- turning internal and external surfaces by adding the machine spindle feed with the automatic feed of the head tool slide,
- thread cutting,
- performing multi-knife machining etc.
