Hydraulic cylinder to regulate the speed of arm descent. Equipped with a throttle valve for setting the falling speed of the arm and a closing ball valve for blocking the arm. Inside there is a piston rod and a rubber O-ring. The actuator has mounting holes at the bottom and top.
